Yogurt and lemon sponge


INGREDIENTS
2 Greek yogurts
( use a yogurt container to measure the follwing ingredients )
1 sunflower oil
3 plain flour
1 white sugar
3 huev I
1 packet of yeast (12g)
1/2 lemon zest
PRE HEAT OVEN 180º

METHOD

Using a mixer, mix the sugar with the eggs.

< div style = "text-align: center;"> Add oil, yogurt and lemon and mix again.

Add the flour and yeast by passing it through a sieve first.

Finally, grease a pan with butter or oven and pour mixture and bake for 40 minutes at 180 °
Let it cool and enjoy!
